SXL - Sams Cross Kite
The SXK – Sams Cross Kite – is a great combination of traditional kite elements and modern style. It’s shape is a real eye catcher in front of the clouds or the blue sky.
We got the plan for this kite from Ralf Dietrich, who published the description and plan for this wonderful kite in the german kite magazine Sport & Design Drachen.
We were very proud to had Ralf Dietrich at our Workshop.
The workshop took place 28th February in Rodgau/Nieder-Roden in the heart of germany.
The participants builded the SXK during the workshop with prepared materials. Beside the kite building was much room and time for changing ideas and know how. In the evening had most of the participants a ready build kite - no matter if beginner or experienced kite builder.
Afterwards we changed the scene into a nice restaurant for the common diner and good talk with new friends.
